This Privacy Policy explains how RepRecord ("the app"), developed by Visiontel, handles information in connection with your use of the app. We are committed to being transparent about our data practices.

2. Data We Collect

Data you enter into the app

RepRecord stores workout entries, repetition logs, progress records, and any other information you choose to record entirely on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export and share it yourself.

Data collected by third parties

We do not collect your personal data. However, the following third-party services integrated into the app may collect certain data independently:

Google AdMob: The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), IP address, and usage data in order to deliver, measure, and personalize advertisements. This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings or your Google Account.

Google Play Billing: If you purchase the Premium version of the app, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. Visiontel does not receive or store any payment information.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, Visiontel does not:

  • Collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers
  • Track your location
  • Access your camera, microphone, or contacts
  • Share your data with any third parties beyond what is described above
  • Use analytics tools to monitor your in-app behavior

4. Data Export

The app provides an export function that allows you to export your data to a file on your device. Any sharing of that exported file is done entirely by you, at your own discretion. Visiontel has no involvement in or visibility into any such sharing.

5. Children's Privacy

RepRecord is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app in a way that raises privacy concerns, please contact us at birbhorizon@gmail.com.

6. Your Rights (EU/EEA Users)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR. Since Visiontel does not collect or process your personal data on its own servers, most GDPR rights can be exercised directly on your device by editing or deleting your data within the app, or by uninstalling the app entirely.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

All data you enter into RepRecord is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by removing entries in the app, clearing app data in your device settings, or uninstalling the app. Visiontel does not retain any copies of your data.

8. Security

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's own security features. We recommend keeping your device updated and protected with a screen lock.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
